LinkedIn CRM for Sales Teams & CROs | LeadDelta
Social Selling tools that build pipeline
Most “LinkedIn sales tools” are mindless automation flows that blast connection requests and get reps restricted. LeadDelta is the opposite: find the right people, reach them with real contact data, run the pipeline with your team, and push everything to HubSpot. No bots, no bans, no copy-paste.
Add warm prospects before going cold
You already know your ICP. The hard part is finding those people fast and knowing which ones your team can reach without a cold request. LeadSearch puts a 500M-person, 44M-company B2B database in front of you. Filter by title, company, industry, geo, and size, then look at the connected members column to see who your team already knows. Warm-first beats cold every time.

A list of names isn't pipeline, get a way to actually reach them
Waterfall data enrichment runs verified business and personal emails and phone numbers through multiple vendors in sequence, so you get more usable contacts from the same list.
Pay only for data that’s actually found. Living in Sales Navigator? Enrich on export, up to 1,000 profiles at a time, directly from the LeadDelta sidebar. Credit-based, no annual lock-in.

Give every prospect a place, so none fall through
Reps lose deals in the gaps: the prospect they meant to follow up with, the conversation that got buried, the handoff nobody logged. LinkedIn has no native CRM to catch any of it.
The LinkedIn CRM lets you tag, filter on 15+ data points, add notes and tasks, and run Kanban pipelines on real connections. The Chrome extension and sidebar follow you everywhere on LinkedIn — search, Sales Nav, events, the inbox.

Keep HubSpot updated without anyone logging activity
The CRM only works if it’s up to date, and reps will never hand-log LinkedIn DMs. So the warmest conversations in your funnel stay invisible to the rest of the team and to your reporting.
Sync LinkedIn to HubSpot fixes that. Connections and messages flow into HubSpot automatically: DMs log as activities, future messages keep syncing, and you push contacts into lists, workflows, and deals with your own field mapping.
No manual logging. No Sales Navigator Advanced Plus required. The LinkedIn side of your funnel finally shows up in the same dashboards as everything else.

Handle a high-volume inbox without losing real conversations
When LinkedIn is your channel, the inbox becomes the bottleneck. Buyers, recruiters, pitches, and noise all land in one thread list, and the replies that matter get buried.
The Smart AI Inbox auto-labels your DMs so a clean Main inbox surfaces the conversations worth your time. AI drafts replies in your tone, pulled from your own message history, so following up is a quick edit instead of a blank box. Sales Navigator threads show up inline, and the whole team can work one shared inbox with templates.
You move faster on the conversations that turn into pipeline, and slower stuff stops drowning them out.

Questions? We’ve got answers.
Everything you need to know before getting started.
What are the best social selling tools that won't get my account restricted?
Look for tools that organize and enrich the network you already have instead of automating actions on your behalf. Automation tools that send mass connection requests or auto-DMs are what trigger LinkedIn restrictions. LeadDelta is safe by design: it reads the data you already have access to on LinkedIn, with no automation, scraping, or mass actions — so there's no account risk.
Is LeadDelta a CRM for sales teams or just a LinkedIn tool?
Both. LeadDelta is a real CRM built on your LinkedIn network — tag and filter on 15+ data points, add notes and tasks, and run Kanban pipelines on actual connections. It then syncs to HubSpot, so your LinkedIn-sourced pipeline lives in the same dashboards as the rest of your sales motion.
Can I use LeadDelta with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Yes. LeadDelta works right alongside Sales Navigator: enrich on export (up to 1,000 profiles at a time), capture profiles from the sidebar, and pull Sales Navigator threads into the Smart AI Inbox. Sales Nav is great for finding people; LeadDelta adds the export, enrichment, CRM, and pipeline it can't do.
Does LeadDelta do outreach automation or sequences?
No, by design. LeadDelta never auto-connects, auto-messages, or runs sequences — those are the behaviors that get accounts restricted. It drafts replies in your tone for you to review and send yourself, so you stay in control of every message.
How does the LinkedIn-to-HubSpot sync work?
Connections and messages flow into HubSpot automatically: DMs log as activities, future messages keep syncing, and you push contacts into lists, workflows, and deals using your own field mapping — no manual logging and no Sales Navigator Advanced Plus required.
Can a fractional CRO or solo rep use LeadDelta, or is it team-only?
Either. Solo reps and fractional leaders use LeadDelta to run their own pipeline and inbox; teams add a shared, deduplicated network so everyone can see the warmest path to an account. You can start solo and invite the team whenever you're ready.
Testimonials
From the people who use it every day
Real teams, real results. Here’s what founders, sellers, and recruiters say about LeadDelta.
★★★★★
As an early adopter, my primary goal was to organize my LinkedIn contacts in a personal CRM – to separate customers, prospects, partners, and personal contacts. Tags are perfect for this. Today, the tool can do much more and has great potential, especially for sales professionals.
★★★★★
One of LeadDelta's most useful features is the ability to easily export profiles from LinkedIn, making it simpler to manage your contact list. Another useful aspect is the option to add custom notes to each contact. The only real criticism I've found of LeadDelta is the lack of automatic cloud synchronization. This means I can't access all my data from different devices. A major advantage of LeadDelta, in my opinion, is its simple and user-friendly interface. You can easily download the software as a Google Chrome extension and use it immediately. Thanks to LeadDelta's ease of use, I can also capture more high-quality leads from LinkedIn more easily.
★★★★★
I appreciate how LeadDelta helps simplify the complexities of managing LinkedIn contacts. The ability to organize and structure my own LinkedIn network and efficiently send personalized messages provides a practical solution to my challenges. The integrated LinkedIn interface is particularly impressive!
★★★★★
For me, the best browser CRM for LinkedIn The best feature is the ability to filter contacts according to numerous relevant criteria, along with the tagging and task functions. This allows you to maintain an optimal overview and communicate effectively with your network. Another highlight is the ability to unfollow or remove multiple contacts simultaneously using the filtering and batch function if they are no longer relevant. A huge plus is the message inbox, mirrored from LinkedIn, which is much larger and more user-friendly. Here, too, you can tag and filter messages. Future plans include the integration of CRMs with LeadDelta, which will further enhance efficiency. I'm still missing some filter functions to more quickly find active LinkedIn users or to identify users with many or few followers. A folder function in the Messenger inbox would also be great. I've been with LinkedIn since day one, and the feature development is fantastic. I can keep track of my network. I can identify and tag leads and make notes on relevant contacts. The new task function lets me set up tasks and reminders. The biggest advantage is that I have all my contact information at a glance and can use it to reach out to them. Network maintenance and hygiene are also possible thanks to the numerous filter functions. And the messenger is much clearer than LinkedIn's small windows.
